THE DIFFERENT STEPS OF MY ONLINE BOOKING
Every online booking is treated differently, whether you book a scheduled flight, charter flight (last minute), hotel, hostel, car, insurance or anything else. This is because every product has its own characteristics, but also because each product has its own supplier who in term has his own booking engine. A review of your booking step by step:

1.Scheduled flights
Step 1  Select your destination
Step 2  Verification of price and the itinerary
Step 3  Check of availability
Step 4  Enter the passenger details
Step 5  Choose your method of payment (online or credit card)
This happens in a secure environment of a third party. Only after a successful payment will a signal be sent to our booking engine and will your reservation be accepted.
When you receive an error message during this process, you can be sure that the reservation, nor the payment have been accepted. Has the payment been successful and have you received the confirmation of step 6, then you have made a travel deal with Connections!
Step 6  Confirmation of booking

Only after reception of payment and the final transfer of the booking will you receive a confirmation and can you be 100% sure that your booking is successful. Connections will send you a confirmation e-mail stating all details as provided by you. After the administrative treatment of the booking, you will again receive a confirmation e-mail.

Connections guarantees to treat your reservation according to the details entered above, under reserve of availability with the tour operator involved. You will receive a booking confirmation by fax/e-mail or phone withtin 48hrs. In case of non-disponability, Connections will contact you within 48hrs to work out a solution. To avoid double bookings, we ask you not to visit a Connections agent without telling the agent of your booking request. Your credit card details, which have been sent over a secure connection, will only be used when the booking request can be 100% executed.
Step 6  Confirmation of booking
Connections will treat your request and will confirm your booking within 48hrs as well as your payment by sending a booking confirmation by e-mail.
 
3. Carrental
Step 1  Select your destination and your car
Step 2  Verification of the price, check of availability and input of passenger details + booking conditions
Step 3  Confirmation of your booking
Step 4  Contact with the Connections Call Center to determine the method of payment
Step 5  Confirmation of booking
Connections treats your booking request and confirms your booking after payment by sending your booking confirmation and voucher by e-mail.
 
4. Hotel
Step 1  Select your destination
Step 2  Determine your hotel, your room and your check-in and ckeck-out dates
Step 3  Hotel selection and price offer (pictures and info about the hotel)
Step 4  Enter the passenger details
Step 5  Booking request and contract
Connections guarantees to treat your reservation according to the details entered above, under reserve of availability at the hotel involved. 5. Hostel (only bookable in English through a Connections partner)
Step 1  Select your destination and number of nights

Step 3  Eenter the passenger details + payment of a deposit and treatment of booking
Step 4  Booking confirmation by e-mail
 
6. Original gifts
Step 1  Choose your voucher (more info possible)
Step 2  Submit order form, personal details and credit card details
Step 3  Confirmation of booking request on screen and by e-mail – booking will be treated and reconfirmed within 48hrs after payment.
 
7. Weekends (bookable through a Connections partner)
Step 1  Choose your weekend or offer
Step 2  Selection of an offer
Step 3  Submit personals details and method of payment (online or credit card) + booking request
Step 4  Confirmation of payment and booking on screen and by e-mail
 
8. Holiday houses (bookable through a Connections partner)
Step 1  Select your holiday house
Step 2  Select one or different offers
Step 3  Select your definitive choice out of our differnet offers
Step 4  Refine your choice (date and period of stay)
Step 5  Confirmation of price, type of insurance and conditions of travel
Step 6  Submit personals details and method of payment (online or credit card) + booking request
Step 7  Confirmation of payment and booking on screen and by e-mail
