Renunciation Rights

The consumer has no right to cancel the purchase.
Although Article 80 of the Trade Practices Act provides for any distance contract the consumer has a period of seven days to withdraw, this right of cancellation does not apply to contracts concluded via the website.
Under the Royal Decree of 18 November 2002, some contracts away from provision of accommodation, transport, catering and entertainment are subject to certain conditions excluded from the scope of Articles 79 and 80 of the Act of 14 July 1991 on trade practices and on information and consumer protection.

This exception for the tourism sector is dictated by the specific services in this sector and is in compliance with the European Directive on distance selling, which also provides an exception for services of accommodation, transport, catering and recreation.
