Connections by your side!
Dear Connections traveller,
We would like to emphasize that we truly take your booking at heart and will do everything within our reach to find the best possible solution together with you.
Due to the vast majority of re-bookings at hand, we have ranked your booking according to its departure date. This way the highest priority is given to imminent departures, as you will understand. Currently, travellers' bookings with departure dates within the next 4 days and flying home those who are stuck abroad is our main focus.
May we kindly ask you if we can count on your comprehension and patience especially should your trip takes place at a later date than the ones mentioned above. As there is no urgent need to take contact us for the time being, we would appreciate it if you would hang in and trust that we will contact you as soon as your booking shows up near the top of our lists. You can be confident we will. By then we also expect to be in possession of the full terms and conditions set out by all airlines.
Connections, 34 years “by your side” through good times and bad, and dedicated to remain so.
