Since the start of the corona crisis we have been able to successfully assist around 52.000 travellers with the rebooking of their trip. In order to offer you the best possible guidance, we exclusively work with our own team of experts who are familiar with the travel issues. Due to the great complexity of the matter and the diversity of airline policies, our mission literally knows no boundaries despite the pressure. The entire organization has been mobilized to assist our experts across all departments with the aim of decreasing your discomfort and giving full focus to customer care!

Which trips are currently being treated?

We are currently dealing with all bookings ranked according to their departure date between March 18 and October 31st, 2020.
May you ask you to refrain from contacting us at this time in case your initially booked take-off was planned for any later date. In order to increase efficiency, all trips with departure after October 31st will NOT be addressed at this time. We count on your cooperation and understanding.

Flight Only

In the event you have booked a "flight only" (unaccompanied by any other travel component), the airline has the final liability, Connections being merely the intermediary. In principle the carrier must reimburse its non-operated or cancelled flights within 14 days. Given the global scale of the Covid-19 pandemic and the plethora of files involved, carriers find themselves unable to meet this obligation. Hence all airlines established their own guidelines and procedures. As an intermediary, Connections tackles all travel files with utmost attention according to their initial departure date. Please be in the know that we must comply with the conditions stipulated by the carrier in question.

Refund
If Ryanair mentions they allow a refund you can apply for the refund on the website of Ryanair. In this case, you need to fill in the form to inform us on this. Like this we can do the follow-up for you and once the airline has done the refund we contact you.

A refund may be requested between 12 and 15 months after the date of issuance of your ticket.
