In Belgium, the clock is set forward on the night of Saturday March, 28 to Sunday, March 29th. This entails that between 8 and 29 March, there is an 8 hour instead of 9 hour time difference between Belgium and the U.S.
Winter time 2015: Belgium turns the clock back one hour on the night of Saturday, October 24th to Sunday, October 25th. Las Vegas turns back the arms of the clock on the night of Saturday, 1 November to Sunday, 2 November.
