CONNECTIONS is looking for a TRAVEL DESIGNER for our Customer Service Center in Vilvoorde.

You listen to customers, use your travel experience and business acumen to help them experience the world according to their own aspirations, and create the most extraordinary travel experience every time. You are creative and constantly seek to enrich customer experiences so that they can go further in their dreams.

In our Customer Service Center, you will join a stimulating work environment with colleagues who love to travel just like you. You will handle phone calls, emails and requests from various communication channels. You are fluent in English, Dutch and French, both written and spoken. You have a strong commercial sense, you are a team player and you are flexible (working shifts, including weekends). You are also known for your social skills, then this varied job is really something for you.
