Famous names like Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich bring colour to the Bundesliga. Beautiful stadiums, lots of atmosphere and football which produces sparks, that's the Bundesliga. Easy matches are non-existent, the players fight for every inch of ground. Join the yellow wall of Dortmund, attend the Bayern stars or experience any game of your favourite club. Whether or not with a bratwurst at hand; enjoy the game that's all that counts in the end.

FC Bayern Munich is a concept. This German record champion has been competing for years and is the club to beat in the Bundesliga. Where once legends such as Franz Beckenbauer, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and Lothar Matthäus called the shots, Ribéry, Lewandowksi, Müller and Neuer are just a few of today’s top players in the Allianz Arena. This top team has won all European Cups it can possibly win and has invariably displayed top football, year after year. When you attend a match by this phenomenal club, it is apparent all has been accounted for down to the last detail. A true pleasure for the eye and soul of every football fan. The Rekordmeister or FC Hollywood, nicknamed as such thanks to the football celebrities that play there, play full house in a 75,000 seater stadium.

Who thinks Munich, says Oktoberfest, lederhosen and dirndl's. Obviously the city cannot possibly be reduced to these stereotypes. Try the Biergarten of this Bavarian capital and make some time to explore the Viktualienmarkt or the Englischer Garten, one of the largest parks in Europe.

Dortmunds’ Gelbe Wand is a concept. Nowhere else are the fans more passionate, it seems, than here. It turns the home of Dortmund, the Signal Iduna Park, into a quasi-impregnable castle. This has also been noticed by Axel Witsel, midfielder of the yellow-blacks. The club already won the title 8x and I sthis year again, well on its way to beat Bayern Munich to it. With Marco Reus, Mario Götze and the emerging talented Pulisic, it is not surprising that the club scores on all levels. And there is more: Dortmund’s matches are not just about playing football it is a cult. The ambiance is incomparable to the atmosphere at any other stadium. No wonder the club is proud to announce it has a large number of Belgian fans who invariably descend to the Ruhr area to attend the matches

Dortmund itself may not be a large city, its historical city centre will take you right back in time. Attending concerts is a popular pastime as is museum-hopping.

The most well-known Belgian who has defended the colours of Hertha Berlin is probably Bart Goor, but that was quite a few years ago. The club is an average team in the German Bundesliga, but succeeds each year again, effortlessly, in staying in first class division. Die Alte Dame plays its home games in the Olympia Stadium, a football temple which fits in 75,000 frenzied fans. The team does not have any real super stars, but with Selke, Grujic, Lazaro and Stark there is plenty of football quality on the field.
