In the morning, you shake, shake, shake to the rhythm of gospel sounds at the evangelical church and explore the centre of Harlem, the undisputed capital of Black USA, heart-warmed by the enthusiasm and passion that reigns here. A choice of several branch restaurants are your pick for an optional lunch. At the rhythm of Uptown Funk, we head to the green lung of Manhattan for our bike ride. Uphill, downhill, we explore places unfamiliar to even New Yorkers. The magic of Belvedere Castle, the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir and the Bethesda Fountain with magnificent views of the city's most beautiful and oldest skyscrapers.
