ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZER AND PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION
CONNECTIONS-EUROTRAIN NV, with its registered office at Luchthavenlaan 10, 1800 Vilvoorde, Belgium, organizes a competition entitled:
"Fiesta Latina 2026 – Win a trip to Brazil for 2 people worth €4.500"
The competition takes place exclusively during Fiesta Latina in Brussels, from Friday, August 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM until Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 10:00 PM.
ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation is limited to one entry per person.
The competition is open to any natural person aged 18 years or older, with a valid email address and a residential address in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, or France, excluding employees of CONNECTIONS-EUROTRAIN NV and members of their immediate families.
Participation in the competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
ARTICLE 3: HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate validly, participants must:
complete their personal details accurately and in full via the entry form during Fiesta Latina;
answer the competition question correctly;
answer the tie-breaker question;
like and share the competition post on Instagram via their own Instagram account;
provide their Instagram username in the entry form so that the organizer can verify compliance with the participation requirements.

Tie-Breaker Question
On Sunday, September 13, 2026, Brazil’s two most popular football clubs, Flamengo and Corinthians, will face each other in the legendary Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro. This prestigious match is also known as the “Clássico do Povo”. How many official paying spectators (“público pagante”) do you think will attend this match? Enter your estimate. If several participants answer the competition question correctly, the winner will be determined based on this tie-breaker question.
The participant whose answer is closest to the officially recorded number of paying spectators will be declared the winner. The official number of paying spectators will be determined after the match on the basis of official match reports and/or publications from recognized sports media and organizing bodies.
ARTICLE 4: PRIZE
Participants have the opportunity to win a trip to Brazil for 2 people worth €4.500.
The prize includes:
2 return flights from Belgium to Rio de Janeiro for 2 people, with a maximum value of €2,000;
a 9-day tour of Brazil for 2 people according to the programme: https://www.connections.be/en/tours/brazil/connecting-brazil-classic;
accommodation, transfers, and services included in the standard tour program;
Connections travel documentation.
The exact destination(s), travel period, flight schedules, accommodation, and itinerary will be determined by CONNECTIONS.
The prize:
is personal;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
is non-transferable to third parties;
must be used within the validity period determined by CONNECTIONS;
The prize trip must take place between 10 January 2027 and 15 December 2027, excluding the periods listed below. These restrictions apply not to the departure date, but to any period during which the trip takes place, in whole or in part:
from 29 January to 14 February 2027;
from 25 March to 28 March 2027;
from 21 April to 2 May 2027;
from 27 May to 30 May 2027;
from 24 June to 25 July 2027;
from 3 September to 7 September 2027;
from 9 October to 12 October 2027;
from 29 October to 2 November 2027;
from 13 November to 21 November 2027;
during local events, concerts, conventions, or any other special periods that may affect availability.
may, at the winner’s request, be extended upon payment of any applicable additional costs.
Travel insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, meals not expressly mentioned, and all other unspecified expenses are not included.
Should the prize become unavailable for any reason, CONNECTIONS reserves the right to award an equivalent prize.
ARTICLE 5: SELECTION OF THE WINNER
The winner will be determined based on:
the correct answer to the competition question;
the tie-breaker question (the participant whose answer is closest to the correct result will be declared the winner).
In the event of a tie, an additional draw will be organized.
The decision of CONNECTIONS is final and not subject to appeal.
ARTICLE 6: ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS
The winner will be contacted personally by email within 21 days following the end of the competition. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification,
CONNECTIONS reserves the right to designate an alternative winner.
CONNECTIONS cannot be held liable if incorrect or incomplete contact details have been provided.
ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY AND AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES
Participation in this competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. No information will be provided by telephone.
CONNECTIONS reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the competition without any obligation to provide compensation.
In cases of fraud, abuse, or irregularities, CONNECTIONS may exclude a participant without providing justification.
CONNECTIONS cannot be held liable for:
technical malfunctions;
network problems;
software or hardware failures;
human error;
force majeure or any other circumstances beyond its control.
ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected within the framework of this competition will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the CONNECTIONS Privacy Policy.
Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and transfer their personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
This competition and these rules are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes arising from this competition shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
