Exclusivité Japan Fes
ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZER AND PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST
CONNECTIONS-EUROTRAIN NV, with registered office at Luchthavenlaan 10, 1800 Vilvoorde, Belgium, is organizing a contest entitled: “Exclusive at Japan Fes: Win a dream trip for 2 to Japan worth €7500!”
The contest runs from 22/05/2026 through 24/05/2026 inclusive.
ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation is limited to one entry per person.
The contest is open to any natural person aged 18 or over, with a valid email address and a residential address in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, or France, excluding employees of CONNECTIONS-EUROTRAIN NV and their family members.
By participating in the contest, the participant fully accepts these contest rules.
ARTICLE 3: HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate validly, the participant must:
complete their details correctly and fully via the participation form
correctly answer the contest question
answer the tie-breaker question
ARTICLE 4: THE PRIZE
The grand prize consists of a trip for 2 people to Japan, including:
4 nights in Tokyo at The B Ginza (or similar), including an exclusive food tour
1 night in Kawaguchiko at Kasuitei Ooya (or similar), with breathtaking views of Mount Fuji
4 nights in Kyoto at Vista Kyoto Premio Nagomitei (or similar), including a traditional tea ceremony
All transfers included
Round-trip Emirates flights for 2 people in economy class
The total prize value amounts to €7500.
The prize:
is strictly personal
cannot be exchanged for cash
is non-transferable to third parties
cannot be used during Belgian school holidays (Dutch- and French-speaking education)
must be taken in full and at the same time, and cannot be split into separate elements
the trip must be completed before the end of 2027
the trip cannot be modified after booking
If, for any reason whatsoever, the prize cannot be awarded as described, CONNECTIONS reserves the right to offer an equivalent prize.
The prize and its concrete execution are always subject to the availability of flights, accommodations, and other related services at the time of booking. CONNECTIONS reserves the right, should circumstances require it, to modify all or part of the prize and to provide equivalent alternatives of comparable value.
ARTICLE 5: SELECTION OF THE WINNER
The winner will be selected based on:
the correct answer to the contest question
the tie-breaker question (the participant whose answer comes closest to the correct number wins)
In the event of a tie, an additional draw will be organized.
The decision of CONNECTIONS is final and cannot be contested.
ARTICLE 6: ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS
The winner will be personally contacted by email after the contest has ended.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours following notification, CONNECTIONS reserves the right to appoint a replacement winner.
CONNECTIONS cannot be held liable if incorrect or incomplete contact details have been provided.
The winner automatically authorizes CONNECTIONS to use their name and any visual material for promotional and communication purposes related to this contest, across all CONNECTIONS communication channels, including social media and the website, without any compensation being due.
The winner also agrees, after the trip, to voluntarily provide photos and/or videos of the trip to CONNECTIONS. The winner hereby authorizes CONNECTIONS to use this material for promotional and communication purposes, including publication on the website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels, without entitlement to any additional compensation.
ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE RULES
Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. No information will be provided by telephone.
CONNECTIONS reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the contest without any compensation being due.
In the event of fraud, abuse, or irregularities, CONNECTIONS may exclude a participant without justification.
CONNECTIONS cannot be held liable in the event of:
technical failures
network issues
software or hardware errors
human errors
force majeure or any other circumstances beyond its control
ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected in the context of this contest will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the CONNECTIONS privacy policy.
Participants have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and transfer their personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
This contest and these rules are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
