Win 2 tickets to New York
ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZER AND PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST
CONNECTIONS-EUROTRAIN NV, with its registered office at Luchthavenlaan 10, 1800 Vilvoorde, Belgium, is organising a contest entitled: "Win 2 tickets to New York!"
The contest runs from 03/07/2026 until 07/07/2026 inclusive.
ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation is limited to one entry per person.
The contest is open to any natural person aged 18 years or older, with a valid email address and a residential address in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands or France, excluding employees of CONNECTIONS-EUROTRAIN NV and members of their immediate family.
By participating in the contest, each participant fully accepts these contest rules.
ARTICLE 3: HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To enter the contest validly, participants must:
Like the Instagram post relating to this contest.
Tag the person they would like to travel to New York with by mentioning their valid Instagram account in the comments.
ARTICLE 4: THE PRIZE
Grand Prize
One return flight for 2 people from Brussels Airport to New York JFK in Economy Class, operated by Brussels Airlines.
The prize cannot be used during any Belgian school holidays.
Maximum value per person: €800 including taxes.
The flight tickets must be booked during 2026.
The prize:
is personal;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
is non-transferable;
cannot be used during Belgian school holidays (Dutch-speaking and French-speaking education);
must be used in full and at the same time and cannot be split into separate elements;
the flight tickets must be booked in 2026;
the booking cannot be changed after confirmation.
Should the prize become unavailable for any reason, CONNECTIONS reserves the right to award an equivalent prize.
The prize and its practical execution are always subject to flight availability at the time of booking. CONNECTIONS reserves the right, should circumstances require, to modify all or part of the prize and to substitute it with an equivalent alternative of comparable value.
ARTICLE 5: SELECTION OF THE WINNER
The winner will be selected based on:
liking the contest post published on the official Connections Instagram account;
commenting on the contest post by tagging the person with whom they wish to travel to New York.
From all valid entries, one winner will be selected at random.
The decision of CONNECTIONS is final and cannot be challenged.
ARTICLE 6: ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS
The winner will be contacted personally via Instagram after the contest has ended.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours after notification, CONNECTIONS reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
CONNECTIONS cannot be held liable if incorrect or incomplete contact details have been provided.
The winner automatically grants CONNECTIONS permission to use their name and, where applicable, images for promotional and communication purposes related to this contest across all CONNECTIONS communication channels, including social media and the website, without any compensation.
The winner also agrees, after the trip, to voluntarily provide CONNECTIONS with photos and/or videos taken during the trip. The winner authorises CONNECTIONS to use this material for promotional and communication purposes, including publication on its website, social media channels, newsletters and other marketing platforms, without any additional compensation.
ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE RULES
Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. No information will be provided by telephone.
CONNECTIONS reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the contest without any compensation being due.
In the event of fraud, abuse, or irregularities, CONNECTIONS may exclude a participant without justification.
CONNECTIONS cannot be held liable in the event of:
technical failures
network issues
software or hardware errors
human errors
force majeure or any other circumstances beyond its control
ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected in the context of this contest will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the CONNECTIONS privacy policy.
Participants have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and transfer their personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
This contest and these rules are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
