ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZER AND PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST
CONNECTIONS-EUROTRAIN NV, with its registered office at Luchthavenlaan 10, 1800 Vilvoorde, organizes a contest entitled:
" WIN A USA ROAD TRIP FOR 2 PEOPLE"
The contest runs from Monday, November 2, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. until Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
ARTICLE 2: ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
Participation is limited to one entry per person.
The contest is open to any natural person aged 21 years or older, with a valid email address and a residential address in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands or France, excluding employees of CONNECTIONS-EUROTRAIN NV and their family members.
By participating in the contest, participants agree to these official rules.
ARTICLE 3: HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To enter validly, participants must:
visit one of the 21 Connections Travel Shops during the promotional period;
complete the official voting form fully and correctly;
cast a valid vote;
answer the contest question correctly;
answer the tie-breaker question;
submit the voting form before the end of the promotion.

Tie-Breaker Question
How many valid voting forms will we receive from our 21 Travel Shops after the promotion ends on Sunday, November 8, 2026?
Enter your estimate.
If several participants answer the contest question correctly, the winner will be determined based on the tie-breaker question. The participant whose answer is closest to the actual number of valid voting forms received will be declared the winner.
The number of valid voting forms will be determined by CONNECTIONS after the promotion. This count will serve as the sole official reference.
ARTICLE 4: PRIZE
Participants have a chance to win:
BEST OF FLORIDA – 10-DAY TRIP FOR 2 PEOPLE
Included
round-trip economy-class flights for 2 people;
8 nights in Comfort Hotels;
rental car throughout the tour.
More information:
The prize is valid:
for 2 people travelling together and sharing one room;
for travel between April 1, 2027, and November 29, 2027;
outside official school holiday periods;
for travellers who are at least 21 years old at the time of departure.
The exact departure date, flight schedules, accommodations and itinerary will be determined by CONNECTIONS based on availability.
The prize:
is personal;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
is non-transferable;
must be used within the validity period determined by CONNECTIONS.
The following are not included:
ESTA fees;
travel and cancellation insurance;
fuel costs;
parking fees;
toll charges;
personal expenses;
optional excursions;
meals not explicitly mentioned;
any other expenses not specifically listed.
If the prize is unavailable for any reason, CONNECTIONS reserves the right to award an equivalent prize.
ARTICLE 5: SELECTION OF THE WINNER
The winner will be determined based on:
the correct answer to the contest question;
the tie-breaker question (the participant whose answer is closest to the correct result wins).
In the event of a tie, an additional draw will be held.
The decision of CONNECTIONS is final and not subject to appeal.
ARTICLE 6: ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS
The winner will be contacted personally by email or telephone within 21 days after the end of the contest.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of the notification, CONNECTIONS reserves the right to designate an alternate winner.
CONNECTIONS cannot be held liable if incorrect or incomplete contact details were provided.
ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY AND MODIFICATION OF THE RULES
Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. No information will be provided by telephone.
CONNECTIONS reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or cancel the contest without any compensation being due.
In the event of fraud, abuse or irregularities, CONNECTIONS may exclude a participant without justification.
CONNECTIONS cannot be held liable for:
technical failures;
network problems;
software or hardware errors;
human errors;
loss of voting forms;
force majeure or any other circumstance beyond its control.
ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected within the framework of this contest will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the CONNECTIONS privacy policy.
Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and transfer their personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Personal data provided may be used by CONNECTIONS for commercial communications if the participant has expressly consented to such use.
ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
This contest and these rules are governed by Belgian law.
Only the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
