CONNECTIONS is looking for a TRAVEL DESIGNER who will also serve as SHOP MANAGER for our store in MORTSEL.
Your mission
As a Shop Manager, you are much more than just the face of Connections. You welcome customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner, listen to their needs, and create customized travel plans. You advise, inspire, and close sales—whether in the office, over the phone, or via email. In addition, you ensure excellent follow-up from start to finish.
You are the driving force behind the sales location. With your enthusiasm, you motivate and guide the team, create a positive work atmosphere, and collaborate toward shared goals. Thanks to your leadership, you bring out the best in your employees and ensure the office operates efficiently and with a focus on results.
You combine a strong commercial mindset with a passion for customer service. By analyzing results, identifying opportunities, and taking targeted initiatives, you actively contribute to the office’s continued growth and development.
Qualifications & Skills
You have a business-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for travel.
You combine a customer-focused approach with a results-oriented work style.
You have strong sales experience in the tourism sector.
You have experience leading a team or a strong affinity for people management.
You know how to motivate employees and help them grow.
You communicate fluently and exude confidence.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
You are organized, independent, and proactive.
You can set priorities and remain calm during busy periods.
Working on Saturdays is not a problem for you.
