CONNECTIONS is looking for a TRAVEL DESIGNER for our store in BRUGES.

Your mission

As a Travel Designer, you are the face of Connections in the store. You welcome our customers with a smile, assess their needs, and work with them to create a customized travel plan.

Thanks to your listening skills, creativity, and commercial flair, you’ll turn their ideas into a concrete travel plan. You’ll inspire, sell, and advise customers in the office, over the phone, or via email. You’re the link between the customer and their destination, and every successful sale is a source of motivation for you.

Qualifications & Skills

• You have a business-minded approach and a genuine passion for travel.

• You are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and a strong communicator.

• You have extensive sales experience in the tourism industry.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

• You are able to handle stress, are results-oriented, and have a way with words.

• You can work independently but also thrive as part of a team.

• You’re eager to be part of a company where passion, energy, and growth are central.

• Working on Saturdays is not a problem for you.
