CONNECTIONS is looking for a TRAVEL DESIGNER for our store in LOUVAIN.
Your mission
As a Travel Designer, you are much more than just the face of Connections. You welcome customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner, listen carefully to their wishes, and translate those into inspiring, tailor-made trips. You advise, guide, and convince customers throughout the entire sales process—whether in the office, over the phone, or via email. Even after the sale, you ensure personalized and meticulous follow-up from start to finish.
You combine a strong commercial drive with a deep passion for customer service. You analyze results, identify business opportunities, and take targeted initiative to capitalize on them. In this way, you actively contribute to the growth, development, and success of the office.
Qualifications & Skills
You have a business-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for travel.
You combine a customer-focused approach with a results-oriented mindset.
You have at least 2 to 3 years of solid commercial experience in the tourism industry.
You communicate fluently and exude confidence.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
You are organized, independent, and proactive.
You can set priorities and remain calm during busy periods.
Working on Saturdays is not a problem for you.
