This is where Bangkok's nickname 'Venice of Asia' gets its true meaning. You visit the magnificent Temple of Dawn, Wat Arun and continue by boat to Chinatown from you roam through the narrow alleys and enjoy the authentic Chinese atmosphere and a local Chinese temple. Return to your hotel.

Day 2 immerses you again in Thai culture. You visit two of the major highlights of Thailand: Bangkok's Wat Po and its Royal Palace. Wat Po is famous for its 15m x 45m long, gilded, reclining Buddha. The Royal Palace is part of a vast and colourful temple complex which bears witness to the wealth of Siam (the ancient name of Thailand).
