Discover Colombia, land of colors and contrasts

Colombia takes you by the hand from the very first moment: a country where the Andes meet the Caribbean, where colonial squares stand beside street art, and where the aroma of coffee colors your day. You begin in Bogota, where La Candelaria’s cobbled streets, the Museo del Oro and a creative cycling tour reveal the soul of the capital. In Villa de Leyva, you step back in time: whitewashed facades, one of South America’s largest plazas and tranquil monastery courtyards.

Next comes the coffee region: colorful Salento, the iconic Cocora Valley with its towering wax palms and a visit to a traditional finca where you’ll learn the ritual of coffee from bean to cup. In Medellin you discover a story of renewal: by metro and cable car to Comuna 13, past Botero’s art and stories of a city that reinvented itself.

The Caribbean coast calls with Tayrona National Park: jungle trails, palm-fringed beaches and turquoise bays. Your journey ends in Cartagena, perhaps the most beautiful colonial city in Latin America: colorful balconies, sultry evenings and history echoing through the ancient city walls. Colombia is contrast, energy and warmth, every day different, every encounter unforgettable.

Highlights of this tour

Bogota of gold and graffiti

Dive into the capital’s stories: La Candelaria with its colonial charm, the Museo del Oro with dazzling pre-Columbian treasures, and a flexible cycling tour past squares, parks and street art. Play a game of tejo, the noisy pub sport with exploding mechas. Bogota lets you feel Colombia, creative, rebellious and full of life.

Coffee region & Cocora Valley

Between Salento and the Cocora Valley you’ll taste the soul of Colombia. Walk beneath wax palms up to 60 meters high, visit a coffee finca and learn the craft from bean to cup. Colorful houses, sweeping viewpoints and a mild climate make this a highlight for nature lovers, photographers and foodies alike.

From Tayrona’s jungle to Cartagena’s city walls

On the Caribbean coast you hike through Tayrona: dense jungle, granite rocks and palm beaches. Then comes Cartagena, with its walled center, fortresses and pastel balconies. By day you explore San Felipe and La Popa; by night the city hums with music and sea breezes. Nature and culture in perfect harmony.
