CONNECTIONS is looking for a TRAVEL DESIGNER who will also take on the role of SHOP MANAGER for its Wavre agency.
Function & profile
As a Shop Manager, you are much more than the face of Connections: you are the energy that drives your agency on a daily basis.
You welcome each customer with enthusiasm and professionalism. You take the time to understand their desires, identify their expectations, and work with them to create a fully personalized trip. Thanks to your business acumen, listening skills, and creativity, you transform each request into a concrete and inspiring experience. You advise, inspire, and close the sale, whether in the agency, over the phone, or by email, while ensuring high-quality support from the initial offer to the return from the trip.
But your role doesn't stop there.
As the driving force behind your point of sale, you instill a positive dynamic in your team. You motivate, coach, and unite around common goals. Through your natural leadership, you create a stimulating environment focused on performance and service excellence.
You combine business acumen with a passion for customer service: you analyze results, identify opportunities for development, and implement concrete actions to grow your agency. For you, success is built together and is commercial, human, and collective.
Qualification & skills
You are a born salesperson, driven by a genuine passion for travel.
You combine customer focus with a drive to perform: achieving your goals motivates you.
You have solid sales experience, ideally in the tourism sector, as well as some experience in team management or a real affinity for management.
You know how to motivate, supervise, and develop a team around common goals.
You communicate with ease and inspire confidence, both with customers and your team.
You have a perfect command of written French and English.
You are organized, independent, and proactive.
You know how to manage priorities and remain calm during busy periods.
You are flexible and don't mind working weekends.
