CONNECTIONS is looking for an CALL CENTER SALES AGENT for our Call Center in Vilvoorde.

FUNCTION & PROFILE

As a Sales Agent, you are the first point of contact for customers looking for their next adventure.With your listening skills, product knowledge, and commercial flair, you help turn their dream into a booking.

You inspire, inform, and convince — by phone, email or other channels. You are a true matchmaker between customer and destination, and you thrive on reaching your sales goals.

Qualifications & skills

• You are a natural salesperson with a passion for travel.

• You are enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and a strong communicator.

• You have sales experience, preferably in the travel industry.

• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

• You are stress-resistant, results-driven, and have the gift of the gab.

• You can work independently but also flourish in a team.

• You are flexible and weekend work is not an issue for you.

• You want to be part of a company where passion, energy, and growth are key.
