Let yourself be tempted by Berat, a beautiful city in the south of Albania; all without having to worry about anything. Connections will take care of your transportation, accommodation and activities.
A cooking workshop will allow you to concoct and savor the local and traditional cuisine. Discover Berat through, among other things, a rafting trip in the Osum Canyon and a 4x4 ride on Tomori Mountain. Pack your bags and head to Albania with friends or family.

Program
Day 1: Arrival at Tirana airport
Welcome by an Albanian guide and transfer to the Castle Park Berat hotel in Berat. 2 hours drive.
Castle Park offers air-conditioned rooms with balcony. Located on the edge of a forest, the hotel offers a view of Mount Tomori and the town of Berat. The rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, TV and refrigerator with parquet flooring. The Castle Park restaurant serves traditional Albanian and Italian dishes. You can eat and drink on the terrace or inside in their medieval-style dining room.
The shuttle bus (1 euro per ride) takes 5 minutes to reach the castle of Berat.
Day 2 - 4: Bérat
Four activities are planned, the order of which can be modified according to the weather conditions.
Traditional cooking workshop (food heritage) with tasting
All drinks and wine are included. You will learn about the different Albanian foods and together you will create a four course menu. The delicious Kulaci (Albanian bread), a traditional main course and two specialties from Berat (Berati Vejnez and Berati Katmari). A tasty Albanian tasting experience!
Wine tasting
Transfer to a winery near Berat. Tasting of different red and white wines accompanied by local delicacies such as cheese, olives and homemade bread. A delightful experience in a beautiful setting!
Rafting Osumi + lunch (from April to mid-June) OR River trekking Osumi (from mid-June to October)
Transfer to the starting point at the Canyon (1h drive). After putting on your wetsuits, the adventure can begin. This wild canyon is a treat for the eyes. In the spring, you can admire the magnificent waterfalls. In the summer, you can explore the canyon on foot and by swimming. After the adrenaline rush, lunch will be served in a local restaurant. A real dream day!
4x4 Tomori Mountain
This sacred mountain, located at the foot of Berat, dominates the entire region. You will explore this beautiful nature reserve by 4x4. There are several stops along the way for walking. A picnic lunch is included. Enjoy the breathtaking views!
Day 5 Bérat - Tirana Airport
Transfer to Tirana airport and flight back to Brussels.
